While we all feel fear, it’s what we do with the fear that matters. In my life, this has meant me up hundreds and thousands of feet off the ground, screaming for my life (or you would have thought so, at least!). It has meant me stepping into multiple careers and starting over multiple times. It has meant me realizing there is life after death.
There’s an old improv saying, “Do it harder.” Personally, I think this applies really well to fear. When I’m scared, it would be easy to walk away, but I’ve realized that through the fear is where the joy, growth and love comes.
